Bishton Hall, Bellamour Lane, Colwich - Stafford

C18 Bishton Hall is three storeys with a principal south elevation of seven bays. The centre three bays project forward with a pediment, rusticated stone quoins, string courses and moulded window architraves. The central doorway has a C19 Tuscan tetrastyle stone portico. The hall has a C19 extension with a convex front to the west and a similar extension to the east, albeit of one storey. The tile covered hipped roof has concealed lead flats and valleys and moulded stone cornice gutters. Most of the lead sheet roof coverings and cornice gutter linings require complete renewal.
