3, Endsleigh Street - Camden
One in a terrace of four houses, dating from circa 1825, built by Thomas Cubitt and constructed from multi-coloured stock brick. It comprises four storeys and a basement with a round-arched doorway and first floor casements with continuous cast iron balconies. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent were granted in 2018 to convert the ground floor to a gallery and the works have been completed. Whilst the building is occupied and in good condition there are a number of outstanding matters which are being dealt with.
