Ruins of St Lawrence's Church, Wretham - Breckland
Ruins of medieval parish church comprising tower, which survives to its full height, and nave/chancel. The church was in use until the 1790s. The ruin is dual designated as a scheduled monument and grade II listed building. There is serious decay to the masonry on the tower, particularly to the octagonal belfry stage and parapet, sections of which are at risk of collapse. Loose and decayed masonry also present on the nave/chancel, but the full condition cannot be ascertained due to extensive vegetation growth obscuring the walls, including young trees growing within the structure.
