St Radegunds Abbey, Abbey Road, Hougham Without - Dover

C13 monastic site with standing remains of the church and claustral buildings. Heavily overgrown and fabric in a ruinous state. The site is now a farm with roofed buildings used as barns and a farmhouse. These are in fair condition. Recent negotiations have looked at consolidation of the ruins and explored funding streams and options.
