Coach House and stables north east of Oxwick Farmhouse, Oxwick Lane, Yate, Wickwar - South Gloucestershire (UA)
Coach house and stables, built 1722 in a mannered provincial baroque. The building is under a temporary roof. Listed Building Consent was approved in 2011 for substantial repair works. A separate application was made for a wind turbine which was approved in 2013 on the basis that the revenue generated from it should assist in funding the repairs to both listed properties on the site. Historic England provided structural advice in early 2018 on the condition of the scaffolding with the view of securing maintenance works to the temporary supporting structure.
