Presbyterian Chapel, 109, Borough Road SE1 - Southwark

Former Presbyterian chapel, 1846. Consent was granted in 2006 for facade retention. South Bank University secured consents for a scheme to convert the building for student and community use. Major works were underway before the Covid-19 pandemic when the scheme was halted as funding changes resulted in the need for scheme review as the extant permissions are not viable. The Local Authority is in discussion with the owners, London South Bank University.
