Stable block in Broomfield Park, Broomfield Lane N13 - Enfield

Early C18 stable block to Broomfield House. The building is vacant. Internal propping works have been undertaken to stabilise the floors, and further works carried out following subsequent fire and water damage. Following extensive discussions and commissioned reports, the Local Authority has secured Stage 1 funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund to develop a project proposal for a programme of community engagement and enhancement works to Broomfield Park. The stable block is anticipated to form part of a future phase.
