Old Oxgate Farm, Coles Green Road, Cricklewood NW2 - Brent

C16 and C17 timber-framed building suffering from subsidence to the brick plinth and structural failure of beam ends to the ground floor due to damp penetration. A condition assessment was produced in 2016, with funding from Historic England, and priority works identified in that survey to safeguard the building were completed in 2017. The building was sold in 2020 and consent has been given for an enabling development of several flats to the rear of the property. Discussions continue between the Local Authority and the owner to secure further urgent works.
