48 Mill Street, Bridgnorth - Shropshire (UA)
This three-storey building, c.1675, forms part of commercial premises used as an antique centre. The oldest building fronting the road was in poor condition, but extensive re-roofing and external render repairs have been completed with the benefit of funding from Historic England. Masonry works to the return elevation of the building range immediately behind the front together with window and door repairs remain outstanding. Unoccupied for several years, plans to convert the front range into self-contained holiday lets on three levels are under consideration.
