The Keelmen's Hospital, City Road, Newcastle upon Tyne - Newcastle upon Tyne

Almshouses constructed in 1701 for keelmen and keelmen's widows. The building was last used as student accommodation but is now vacant and disused. A partnership project between Newcastle City Council, Tyne and Wear Building Preservation Trust and Historic England was formed in 2023, to establish the condition of the existing building and develop proposals for bringing the building back into use.
