Numbers 36 and 37 and archway in between (Whitefriars Gate), Much Park Street - Coventry

This C14 postern gatehouse of the Carmelite Friary has a clay tile roof and sandstone walls with later repairs in brickwork. The building was subject to heritage crime in 2008 and later repaired: it has remained vacant since and was slowly deteriorating until a Repair Grant for Heritage at Risk was given in 2023 for the repair of roof, gutters, windows and dormer windows and structural repairs. was given to carry out the building is now awaiting the next phase of repair and refurbishment.
