Preserving history is very important. I hold a private archive and the history of the iconic Kettner's Restaurant in Soho. It's important to ensure the history of the building, the business and the people who made Kettner's famous through its 151 years, is kept alive today. I encourage everyone to get involved with history and help Historic England by enriching the listings.
