Corn Exchange, Norwich, Norfolk

The Norwich Corn Exchange was built in 1859-61 by T D Barry. Designed as a place for farmers and dealers to strike their bargains, the Exchange seems also to have been a venue for socialising. It was demolished soon after Hallam Ashley¿s visit.
