Coventry Union Workhouse, Gulson, West Midlands

The Coventry Union Workhouse was once part of a Carmelite Priory, founded c1342 and dissolved in 1538. It was then the house of the Hales family until 1717. In 1804 it was converted in to a workhouse for the poor. It is now the Whitefriars Museum
