Cribbs Causeway Shopping Centre, Bristol

Following the now traditional 'dumbell' design, The Mall at Cribbs Causeway opened in March 1998 and cost £200 million to construct. By using methods such as 'Customer Psychographic Cluster Group Analysis', owners of the site have been able to extract annual sales of over £300 million from visitors to the site.
