High School For Boys, Regent Street, Plymouth

The school was opened in 1897 and built from Plymouth limestone. The Mount Street Higher Grade School moved into the new building. The lower school was in the basement, the higher on the top floor and the girls' section was sandwiched in between. It became Sutton Secondary School in 1926 and then Sutton High School. The Regent Street building was closed on Friday July 13th 1984.
