National Westminster Bank, High Street, Newhaven, East Sussex

The bank was built in 1900 in a style associated with Christopher Wren. It was originally built for the London and County Bank whose coat of arms are still displayed on the exterior. This handsome and imposing building reflects Newhaven's importance as a port at the end of the 19th century.
