Nuffield Press, Oxford, Oxfordshire

This building has had many different uses. It was built as a School House in 1852 for Cowley College. An East Wing was added in 1877-8 for the Oxford Military College. In 1912 William Morris, later Lord Nuffield, converted the East Wing for the Morris car factory. From 1913 'bullnose' Morris Oxfords, a type of car, were produced in it.
