Old Cumberland Infirmary, Newtown Road, Carlisle, Cumbria

The hospital was built in 1830-32 by Richard Tattersall in a classical style. It provided treatment for the people who had paid towards its building by taking out a subscription. A new building was opened in June 2000 on the same site.
