Parish Church of St Mary and St Helena, Church End, Elstow, Bedfordshire

The parish church dates from the early 12th century. It was formerly part of the Abbey church belonging to a Benedictine nunnery. The nunnery was founded around 1078 by the Countess Judith of Huntingdon who was a niece of William I.
