Possible ancient buddle, Bosliven, St Buryan, Cornwall

The shape of this trough resembles some medieval buddles. These were used to separate the heavy tin-bearing material from the lighter waste by passing stream water over the mixture. However, the trough's function is uncertain, although it has the status of a grade II 'listed' building.
