Remains of Merevale Abbey, Merevale, Warwickshire

Merevale Abbey was a Cistercian house founded in 1148 by Robert, Earl Ferrers. It was dissolved in 1538. The Abbey's gatehouse chapel is now the parish church. The remains consist mainly of the north and south walls of the Refectory.
