Shed No 78 Sheerness Docks, Sheerness, Kent

A former boat store and warehouse, now disused. It was built in 1856-60 for the Admiralty Works Department. It is made of wrought-iron with corrugated iron cladding. Boat stores were built in all the royal ship yards for housing the large number of small boats used by the navy.
