Standard Motor Co Ltd, Coventry, West Midlands

The Standard Motor Company built this factory, the Banner Lane Works, in 1939. 20,000 Bristol aero engines were produced here during World War II. From 1946 'Little Grey' Ferguson tractors were built in the works.
