Tape Mill, Millers Green, Wirksworth, Derbyshire

The Tape Mill in Millers Green is a complex of buildings of various dates, including some by Richard Arkwright together with later additions (1777-1825). Originally water-powered, the chimney testifies that it became steam-driven. In the foreground some children play by the mill race.
