The Docks, Grimsby, North Lincolnshire

These ships were pictured in 1898 moored at Grimsby Docks. Fishing is a major industry in the town, leading to the importance of the docks. A hydraulic power system was installed here in 1852, some 4 years after the dock railway station opened.
