The King's Head, Shrewsbury, Shropshire

This is a three-storey timber framed building. Its timbers have been dated to c1404. Inside is a wall painting, it is painted on to the brickwork of the chimneystack. It shows the last supper and dates to c1500. Surviving medieval wall paintings like this are incredibly rare.
