Trinity Hospital, Castle Rising, Norfolk

These almshouses were built in 1609-15 for Henry Howard, Earl of Nottingham. They cost £450. It was originally called The Hospital of the Holy and Undivided Trinity. Henry Howard (1540-1614) also endowed almshouses at Greenwich in London and Clun in Shropshire.
