Victoria Mills, Macclesfield, Cheshire

These silk mills were built in two phases between 1830 and 1840. The northern building was probably the oldest on the site. A third mill to the north of the site was demolished in 1990. The mills are an interesting example of larger-scale development for silk manufacture.
