Certain types of building are highly characteristic. In 1922 the tomb of Tutankhamun was discovered and this helped popularise the Art Deco design, which was based on Egyptian styling. As many branches of 'Woollies' were built in Britain in the 1920s, it is common for them to have this type of design.
