Ye Olde Police Station Snack Bar, Helmsley, North Yorkshire
The police station in Market Place, Helmsley, was built originally as a warehouse in the early 19th century before it housed the local constabulary. It now serves an altogether more quaint purpose, although the heavy front door acts as a reminder of its past.
