Micro-learn Library
Microlearning is an educational method that emphasises learning in small, easily digestible units.
Each micro-learn is a self-contained lesson that breaks down complex topics into bite-sized segments. Learners can access these units as needed, enabling flexibility in learning and allowing them to revisit content multiple times for deeper understanding. This approach empowers learners to study at their own pace and convenience, anytime and anywhere they choose.
The lessons are aimed primarily at local authorities, historic environment services, planning staff, and other professionals whose decision-making affects the historic environment.

Most traditional buildings also have an innate ability to offer greater resilience to our changing climate than their modern counterparts. Even so, there are things we can do to reduce energy use and carbon emissions, increase resilience, and help them remain in use well into the future.
The Energy Efficiency Hierarchy, part of the Whole Building Approach, helps us understand how we might achieve these things. This lesson helps us discover how it does this.
