The Manor House Hotel, 2, Fore Street, Cullompton - Mid Devon

Hotel in partial use, formerly early C17 merchant's house. Concerns regarding the structural condition and public safety led to a major phase of external and structural works in 2015-16 but subsequent concerns arose regarding the stability of the ornate shell hood porch and the hanging sign on the main facade. A listed building application was submitted to stabilise the hood and sign and undertake works to the rear facade, the site has been scaffolded and work was started but due to the impact of Covid-19 is still being completed.
