Church of St Nicholas, The Street, North Lopham - Breckland
Early C14 nave and chancel; mid C14 south aisle and porch; C19 north vestry and porch. Concrete plain tiles on nave and chancel roofs; north vestry roof in slate. Walls are flint with limestone dressings. Loose masonry at top of the tower; structural repairs required to chancel east wall. Failing rainwater systems causing excessive dampness, some structural movement and progressive deterioration to windows. Historic England Covid-19 grant awarded 2021 to scope repairs. PPC considering next steps.
