Church of St Lawrence, Bigbury - South Hams

A C14 and C15 church much rebuilt by Sedding in the C19. Nave, chancel, north aisle, south transept, south porch, west tower with spire. Re-pointing of the damp tower and spire is complete, and work to the interior of the tower are underway with rehanging of the bells. The congregation has done a lot of work to improve the fabric in recent years, although penetrating damp remains an issue to walls and floor. Rainwater goods again require attention.
