Church of St Margaret, Church Lane, Huttoft - East Lindsey
Parish church from C13, with restorations in 1869, 1882 and 1910. The tower is in poor condition and inaccessible, due to pigeon detritus and nesting. The chancel roof has missing and slipped slates, with failing tile battens. This has deteriorated to create holes in the roof, permitting water ingress into the building and onto the laths. The rainwater goods are defective and blocked with vegetation, with further damp and biological growth on most elevations. There is a hairline crack and void in the south porch. The parish are working with the Diocese to consider future repair schemes.
