Church of St Peter, Church Lane, Wrestlingworth, Wrestlingworth and Cockayne Hatley - Central Bedfordshire (UA)

Parish church. C12 origins, with additions and alteration of C13, C14, C15 and C19. Rubble walls, mixture of cobbles and ironstone with some fragments of C12 masonry. Ashlar dressings, mostly of clunch. Slate roofs. Chancel, nave, north and south aisles, south porch, west tower. Vertical cracking to tower turret stair. Engineering advice is that there appears to be no significant instability. Some window tracery at risk of imminent loss.
