Church of St Andrew, Main Street, Owston and Newbold - Harborough

Church including remains of the former Augustinian Priory. C13, C14 and later fabric. Restored 1861. Fair order generally bar iron-jacking in the spire top. There is longstanding movement in a southern buttress and some masonry needs repairing. A specification is to be prepared to inform grant funding bids. Tower and spire works completed through an Historic England Covid-19 Emergency Heritage at Risk Response Fund in 2021. Rainwater goods have been recently refurbished and repaired, alongside other masonry and tower repairs.
