Kenton Lane Farmhouse, Kenton Lane HA3 - Harrow

Two-storey former farmhouse built circa 1808, to the designs of William Loudon and Robert Abraham in Flemish bond red brick with a hipped slate roof. Listed Building Consent and Planning Permission were approved in 2013 for conversion to residential with an adjacent housing scheme. The new homes are complete but works to the listed buildings have not been carried out and they were damaged by illegal entry in 2019. Some urgent works were undertaken by the owner in 2022 and the site is secure, wind and weathertight. The Local Planning Authority is carrying out enforcement action.
