Kenton Lane Farmhouse, Kenton Lane HA3 - Harrow

Two storey former farmhouse built circa 1808, to the designs of William Loudon and Robert Abraham in Flemish bond red brick with a hipped slate roof. Listed Building Consent and Planning Permission were approved in 2013 for repairs and conversion to residential, linked to an adjacent housing scheme. Whilst the new homes have been built, works to the listed buildings have not been carried out. The house and farm buildings were damaged by illegal entry in early 2019 but the site is now secure and discussions are ongoing between the Local Authority and the owner regarding the scheme.
