Wick House, Richmond Hill, Richmond - Richmond upon Thames

Designed by Sir William Chambers circa 1772 for Sir Joshua Reynolds. Planning Permission has been granted to convert the building from a nurses' home to a single residence. Agreed stabilisation works have taken place to address significant cracks in the later Victorian wing. Further applications for Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent have been approved and renewal of these are being considered by the Local Authority in summer 2024. No work has taken place on site, but the building has been made more secure.
