Wick House, Richmond Hill, Richmond - Richmond upon Thames

Designed by Sir William Chambers circa 1772 for Sir Joshua Reynolds. Planning Permission has been granted to convert the building from a nurses' home to a single residence. Agreed stabilisation works have taken place to address significant cracks but further works are planned to fully address this issue and ensure that conversion can be completed. The Local Authority and Historic England are in discussions with the owner to ensure these works are completed.
