1772. By Sir William Chambers for Sir Joshua Reynolds, but very much altered.
Four storeys. Three windows wide plus one-light canted bay to left-hand corner.
Square headed sash windows, retaining glazing bars. Stucco surrounds to top storey
windows. Brick built with parapet, stucco band courses and rusticated stucco ground
floor. Later pedimented door surround in stone and ornamental fanlight.
