Church of St Margaret, Little Green, Thrandeston - Mid Suffolk
Medieval parish church dating from C15 apart from the C13 chancel, which was re-fenestrated in C15. The church was fully restored c1870-80. Short gabled north porch has a C19 outer arch. There is damp throughout the interior of the church, which is particularly bad around the pews at low level. A Minor Repair Grant from the Taylor Review Pilot was received in 2019 to help with repairs to the roof and rainwater goods. In 2020 Historic England awarded a Covid-19 Emergency Heritage at Risk grant for small urgent repairs. Congregation considering next steps.
