The Granite Lodge adjacent A38 approx 1550 metres NNW of Stover House, Teigngrace - Teignbridge

Disused pedimented lodges, with linking screen, gates, and flank walls to former drive to Stover House. Likely c1830, possibly by Philip Hardwick. Banded rusticated granite ashlar with slate roofs. South west lodge has had urgent strucural repair carried out. North east lodge in better condition, but vacant with graffiti on the internal plaster wall. Connecting portico appears to be in reasonable condition but has not been closely inspected. Repairs are being discussed as part of a wider scheme of improvements to the park.
