Toddington Manor, Toddington - Tewkesbury
Manor house, 1820-35, set in C19 formal gardens, on the east side of a late C18 landscape park. The house was mothballed for more than 15 years, but has been purchased by a new owner who engaged in an extensive programme of urgent works and repairs in consultation with the Local Planning Authority and Historic England. Following extensive stabilisation work, a temporary protective roof was installed and is in good order. There is no apparent further deterioration to fabric. Discussions with the owner's agent regarding building repairs have yet to progress to a formal Listed Building Consent
