Toddington Manor, Toddington - Tewkesbury

Manor house, 1820-35, set in C19 formal gardens, on the east side of a late C18 landscape park. The house was mothballed for more than 15 years, but has been purchased by a new owner who has engaged in an extensive programme of urgent works and repairs in consultation with the Local Planning Authority and Historic England. Following extensive stabilisation work, a temporary protective roof was installed and is in good order. There is no apparent further deterioration to the fabric. Discussions are ongoing with the owner's agent regarding building repairs.
