Hall Farmhouse, also known as Alstonefield Hall, is a substantial 16th century property which has evolved over time; reflecting the fortunes and needs of its various owners over the last 400years. In 2019 the new owner undertook the unauthorised extensive stripping out of the historic interior. A listed building application was submitted in 2022. The owner is in engaged discussions with the local authority but the situation remains unresolved.
