Icehouse at Ringstead, 660 metres south west of Pit House, Osmington - Dorset (UA)

A small C19 icehouse, built to serve the needs of the local fishing community. It is now in unmanaged woodland, with trees and ivy growing over it. The roots will have weakened the roof and there is a high risk of damage from falling trees.
