Manningham Mill (ancillary buildings and boiler house), Heaton Street, Heaton - Bradford

Silk mill with boiler house, chimney and warehouse. 1870 to 1873 with later additions. Scheme of residential and office conversion complete. Mill no longer at risk but ancillary buildings and boiler house are. Condition surveys of the at risk buildings have been completed with Historic England grant aid. The 1870 Warehouse on Beamsley Road, which was at risk of structural collapse, has recently been demolished to ground floor level. A project development grant for Heritage at Risk has been offered and accepted and a scheme to retain and repair the perimeter wall is being developed.
