Manningham Mill (ancillary buildings and boiler house), Heaton Street, Heaton - Bradford
Silk mill with boiler house, chimney and warehouse. 1870 to 1873 with later additions. Partial scheme of residential and office conversion complete. A Project Development Grant for Heritage at Risk was awarded by Historic England to develop a scheme to retain and repair the imposing perimeter wall. Accepted in 2019. Some repairs to the walls have been undertaken with steel propping. A costed masterplan is complete with new use proposed, structural and architectural treatment to the walls has been drawn up. The perimeter walls are still vunerable.
