Woolsington Hall, Woolsington - Newcastle upon Tyne

A compact late C17 country house, with later additions. It has service buildings, all set in gardens and parkland. A planning application to convert the building to a five-star hotel and spa was approved by the Local Authority in 2015, however this planning approval has now expired. The Hall was gutted by a fire in December 2015. Stabilisation and repair works to make the structure wind, weather tight and stable were undertaken. The building is currently vacant with no end use identified.
