Holy Trinity Church, Cloudesley Square N1 - Islington
Built 1826-9 to the design of Sir Charles Barry. Repairs to the roof and parapets were funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and Historic England in 2006-7. The Diocese of London closed the church and set up the multi-functional Cloudesley Centre to provide for a sustainable future. The aisle roofs were repaired in 2020 and the nave plaster and lath ceiling was renewed in 2021, funded by Historic England and the Diocese. Negotiations are in hand with funders for the completion of external fabric repairs and provision of internal facilities.
