15 St Hildas Terrace, Whitby - North Yorkshire Council (UA)

Pair of late C18 houses, three storeys, originally a single mansion with a central pediment and columned porch. Brick with stone dressings and Adamish details. Part of a fine terrace of houses. Number 15 has been declining for some years and is now in very poor condition. The local authority has been in contact with the owner and we have advised on urgent works. It should be noted that although the listing covers numbers 15 and 16, number 16 is not at risk.
